Quarantine Collab is an initiative created on Instagram for artists in quarantine. I joined the third round of the collaboration, and got to work with two really talented artists (Wai-Lum Pang & Inês Margarida). Our idea was that each of us would illustrate something they love, and then animate one of the other's illustrations, as a way to learn new styles and animate someone else's work. This was a great way for me to practice character animation, something that I've been wanting to do for a while.
I illustrated the love I have for plants and Wai-Lum animated it. Wai-Lum illustrated her love for video games and Inês animated it. Inês illustrated the girl with the cat, and I animated it. All of the illustrations were made in Illustrator and animated in After Effects.
