Ica Globen is a supermarket in the Globen shopping area with a focus on quality and great service. This project was made freelancing for The Amazing Society (TAS) and collaborating with their motion designer/team lead Carin Stegen.
The Brief
Ica Globen wanted to create content that inspires their customers to have a cozy night at home, what Swedes call a "hemmakväll". This was to be done by videos on on the tv-screens in the supermarket, a social media ad and a half page ad in the local newspaper. After a brainstorm session with Carin, we decided that these videos should be illustration focused, and work as a kind of animated posters.
I made sketches of what these illustrations should entail, pitching it to the client.
I then illustrated them in Photoshop and animated in After Effects for a cozy autumn stay at home feeling.

Social Media ad
The ad for social media (mainly Facebook and Instagram) was
based off of the different illustrations I created for the in-store screens.
The animation is minimal in order to keep the focus on the message.
